Graxy-based Graphene Zinc Epoxy Primer Applied to Containers

Since October 2019, Graxy-based graphene zinc epoxy primer has been used in the container market workshop primers (partners include CIMC-Yangzhou Runyang, Tongli and Taili). Compared to the traditional 3-coat system, the coating system only requires a topcoat and a primer.
The 2-coat system consists of graphene zinc primer and epoxy (for interior only), acrylic (for C3 environment) or polyurethane topcoat. While ensuring the anti-corrosion performance, the total thickness of the coating system is reduced. Accordingly, the material cost is reduced. The 2-coat graphene coating system is applied in over 20 projects including special containers, refrigerated container, dry cargo containers.
